For over 40 years, we have collaborated with New England’s finest landscape architects to build beautiful landscapes and outdoor living spaces throughout the Greater Boston area.

As a full service landscape company, we see projects through from inception to completion. Our firm is comprised of an office staff, project management team and crews specific to each component of the landscape build.
Phil Mastroianni President / Owner
Phil is a second-generation landscaper, learning life and business values from his father. He is the steady force behind the company’s success; the first to arrive to the office and the last to leave. As President and Owner, Phil is involved in every aspect of the company – from organizing job boards to directing the crews to visiting each jobsite ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Phil is a native of Newton, MA where he and his wife Debbie has three children – Phil, Jenna, and Nick. He is an active member of his community and takes great pleasure in operating and growing his business.
Phil R. Mastroianni Business Manager
Phil joined the family business as the Business Manager in 2009. He is a graduate of Bentley University with a degree in accounting and a certificate in public accountancy. Phil’s primary functions are to oversee the office operations and continue to grow the family business for the next generation.
Phil spends his free time with his wife and two sons as well as making limoncello. He is a board member and active volunteer of Camp-to-Belong (Massachusetts), an organization that helps reconnect siblings separated through foster care.
Nick Mastroianni Sr. Project Manager
Nick is the youngest of Phil’s children and has spent his entire life working towards joining the family business. He attended UMASS Amherst, earning degrees in Landscape Construction (Stockbridge) and Landscape Architecture. Nick is a key member of the project management team where he oversees construction projects from the office and the field.
Outside of the office, Nick keeps himself busy with his many different interests and activities. He works with his older brother making a home-made limoncello and also stays fit by skiing, running and playing softball. Of all his hobbies, Nick’s favorite is grilling on his smoker.
Ty Miller Sr. Estimator
Ty is a positive and energetic person who transfers that energy to the workplace. His core responsibilities as Sr. Estimator include reviewing all architectural plans, preparing estimates and being a point of contact for architects and clients. Ty earned his degree in liberal arts from Southern New Hampshire University and his professional certificates in construction management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Ty spends his free time with his wife and daughter and by indulging in one of his many hobbies like graphic design, cooking, and playing in multiple softball leagues.
Anthony Brow Project Manager
Anthony attended UMASS Amherst, graduating with a degrees in Landscape Construction (Stockbridge) and Landscape Architecture. As a Project Manager, Anthony understanding of the construction process ensures landscapes are built properly and can find solutions for the most difficult of situations.
Anthony enjoys trying his hand with other trades, completing DIY projects in his free time. He shows his enthusiasm for his profession and other trades as he is always looking to gain another industry license.
Sean Durkin Project Manager
Sean originally joined the company as a member of the Irrigation Division. He quickly took on a leadership role and transitioned to the Landscape Construction division where he later became a Project Manager. Sean approaches each project with a calm and collected temperament that enables him to manage the expectations of clients and architects.
Sean is a Massachusetts native who graduated from the University of Vermont.
Tom Project Manager
Tom received his Associates in Landscape Contracting from the Stockbridge School. He later completed his Bachelors in Environmental Design from the University of Massachusetts. Tom joined the team as a project foreman and through his hard work and dedication rose to be a manager. His expertise and insight helps each job run smoothly and always results in beautiful landscapes and satisfied customers.
Suzelle Genao Assistant Project Manager
As the Assistant Project Manager, Suzelle’s main responsibility involves sourcing, selecting and procuring high quality plant material for our construction projects and maintenance customers. Her role within the project management team also includes providing support where needed on construction projects – ranging from performing quantity takeoffs to meeting with clients to managing an ongoing project’s picture portfolio.
Suzelle spent the majority of her childhood in the Dominican Republic and graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. In her spare time, Suzelle enjoys learning more about plant life, honing her design skills, reading and hiking.
Aimee Mason Office Manager
Aimee is the daughter of a carpenter and learned early-on how a strong work ethic is crucial to a company’s success. She attended Champlain College where she majored in marketing and began her professional career in the service industry. As the Office Manager, Aimee brings years of experience in providing support to the office setting and has transferred that knowledge into overseeing office operations. Her responsibilities range from managing company financials, HR functions, implementing and maintaining office procedures to liaising with staff, vendors and clients.
Although her work is indoors, Aimee loves to enjoy life outdoors by hiking throughout New England and going to live concerts.
Kim Daley Administrative Assistant
As the Administrative Assistant, Kim is on the front lines of communication. Kim provides overall is also support working directly with the Office Manager handling day to day operations, payroll, and managing company resources. She also assists the Project Management team with maintenance scheduling other administrative tasks. Kim is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology where she majored in Residential Construction and played 4 years of soccer. As a Springfield, NY native, Kim grew up on a dairy farm where she explored its many acres of land - she still enjoys the outdoors to this day and stays active running half and full marathons.
John Botelho Maintenance Manager
John has been with the company since 1985 and is the most reliable employee we know. He is a talent when it comes to caring for existing landscapes. Warm, friendly and always smiling, customers always ask for John and his crew year after year. He and his wife Lorena live in Dartmouth, MA where they are the proud parents of two girls.
Oscar Irrigation and Landscape Lighting Manager
Oscar is a passionate team member who deeply cares about his craft. He has been part of PMC for 6 years and continues to bring an unparalleled level of expertise to each and every job.
