Babson College
This project at Babson’s Putney Hall transformed a neglected 10,000 square foot area into a modern campus landmark.
Multiple terraces and over 350 linear feet of retaining walls redefined the area. Natural stone walls were built from Pennsylvania thin fieldstone with limestone caps. The native plant palette included yellow birch, hay fern, lady fern, interrupted fern and common rush. Stainless steel railings and concrete pavers contribute to a contemporary look.
